Data Storage Policy

Orbro, LLC ("Company"), operator of AssociationVoting.com, has established the following policy to govern data storage for users of the AssociationVoting.com service.

Availability of Data

User data is available through the Voting Manager Area of the AssociationVoting.com website. During the term of service, the user shall have access to this data through the Voting Manager Area, except for periods of scheduled maintenance of the AssociationVoting.com website or unexpected downtime incidents.

End of User Term of Service

Upon termination of the term of service of a user, without renewal of service, that user's data will continue to be available for at least five (5) calendar days through the Voting Manager Area. The Company shall have no obligation to maintain a user's data for more than five calendar days after termination of service.

Updates

The Company may, from time to time, make updates to this policy. Each active user will be notified by the change in policy at his registered email address. Users will have the opportunity, upon request, to have a detailed description of the changes to this policy and how that affects their use of this service.
