Data Retention Policy

AssociationVoting.com follows this policy for retaining customer data and records after completion of an online election.

Basic Retention: We will retain your voting results accessible through your voting manager username and password for thirty days after the end of your online election.

Certified Results: We will retain your certified results and audit history for one year from the date of certification. If you need to access these results, please contact us.

Retention Policy Change or Exception: You may request a change to these general guidelines. If mutually agreeable, those modifications will supersede this policy. A request to purge your data from your registered voting manager email address will be honored and binding; AssociationVoting.com will delete your records. If you would like to extend the retention period, there may be an additional fee.
