By using this website and the AssociationVoting.com services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, unless there is a separate signed agreement between your association and AssociationVoting.com, LLC governing online voting.

Application Service Provider Agreement – The governing agreement for AssociationVoting.com software.
Privacy Policy – Governs the use of data received by AssociationVoting.com from you or your members.
Data Retention Policy – Governs the retention of data by AssociationVoting.com on completion of your voting window.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA) – Governs the use of data and retention of data for the below:
- Clients whose physical address and/or billing address is or becomes located within the European Union or European Economic Area.
- Clients whose member/s’ physical address and/or billing address is or becomes located within the European Union or European Economic Area.
