We at AssociationVoting.com want to make online voting as simple and easy for your organization and voting members as we can.
Sometimes, a member will have trouble logging in for whatever reason. When that happens they have to go to another program to read their email and find out who to contact and how to contact them to request support. We have a way to make that easier.
Coming soon in version 5 of the AssociationVoting.com voting software, a new support request form will be accessible right there on the member login page. They just have to provide their name, email and help message and someone on the AssociationVoting.com support team will get and respond to their message.
