As a separate 3rd Party running your election, AssociationVoting will certify our results to be accurate and representative of your membership votes. We will provide a signed letter of certification, voting record preserving the ballot language, and vote totals from your election, including a list of voting members and cast votes. AssociationVoting will also provide an electronically signed PDF copy. We will save the vote totals, ballot configuration, and audit history from your election for one year.
