Katera has an extensive background in customer service, previously a Customer Servicec Representative for Consumers Energy while also working at the retail grocery chain, Aldi.
She is a Junior currently working towards her Bachelors in Interior Design. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and painting. Katera will be supporting the clients of AssociationVoting and Results at Hand, our mobile app solution provider. Again, we are thrilled to have Katera here to assist with all our AssociationVoting and Results at Hand support needs.
