We have another new feature for the standard voting software version 2.1; this one is an option that you can enable or not depending on your experience with your members.
Do you want to provide members a receipt of how they voted?
The new Voting Receipt feature allows you to enable a final voting receipt for your members. Now, when a voter follows the usual process:
- Sign in with last name and member number
- Mark ballot selections
- Preview ballot selections for accuracy
- Cast ballot
In that final step, with the Voting Receipt feature enabled, each member will see a record of his or her votes, suitable for printing or framing.
To enable or disable this feature, go to the settings tab under Ballots & Votes.
